I have been buying this product for about 6 months now. After learning about the benefits of magnesium salts over Epsom salts, I began researching the quality products available on Revain. I first bought an 8lb bag from another brand. After I finished this bag, I bought this one because it's 10 pounds of magnesium flakes for the same price as another brand's 8 pound bag. I take a hot bath about 2-3 times a week because I have a herniated disc and I am in constant pain as a result. I use about 1-2 cups per bath. Magnesium is indeed better than Epsom. When using this product, I dilute it with water as the tub fills up and let it soak for 45 minutes to an hour. I always feel a lot better after a bath. My muscles are relaxed, my pain is minimal and I sleep great. I highly recommend this item!
