Compatible with 2010 Tahoe. Most major hardware stores cannot copy this key with their automatic copy machines due to a technical inconsistency. A small hardware store that uses a hand grinder to duplicate the key successfully duplicated this key for me and for only $1 per key. Dealers and locksmiths can charge hundreds of dollars to duplicate and program these keys! Find a small hardware store to duplicate keys, then watch videos online to learn how to easily reprogram the key and FOB for your car. Save hundreds. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the remote start function button doesn't start my car, but the original factory key still remote starts the car normally; It's not a big issue for me personally, but I'm deducting a star for that difference. The plastic casing of the FOB seems less durable than the factory made FOB, so it can crack over time. Do not drop the FOB on hard surfaces. All in all it's a steal if you can find a hardware store that can successfully copy the key for a small fee and then follow the easy DIY video programming instructions online.
