I have been using this software for one year now and it is really great. It has helped us to increase our customers satisfaction and it's really easy to use. Sometimes there may be a glitch but they are always working on it to help me with any problem that I might experience. There is nothing that I dislike about this platform. It works so well that we don't even need to go through an outside vendor to do this work. We have increased our customer satisfaction by doing this. It's worth noting that their support team is also very helpful. This software helps us to be more effective in what we do.
