This is a company whose customer service goes beyond expectations. I actually love this cute measuring set and I love the colorful pens as I get used to the colors over time and eventually don't have to read the spoon to find out its size. And I wanted metal since some things, like yeast, are static to my plastic spoons. U-Taste just sent me the usual email from many sellers asking if I received the spoons and if I'm happy with them, so I emailed back saying I liked them and did they were aware of the accuracy as a few of them were different than some of the other spoons in my drawer. Not that they are inaccurate, in fact others may be wrong. They emailed asking about the accuracy issue and said they sent me another set of spoons which they are selling! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0758FH37D. Wow!. Both sets are great. As for accuracy, who knows. I've read online that all scoops are different, apparently even lab-sold ones can be sold at up to 10% off. The woman from the KAF baker hotline told me that since I am writing a cookbook, do not tell people that the cup and spoon dimensions are different, as it might bother people! ever get a scale that measures to 1/100th of a gram (for modernist ingredients where tiny amounts matter.
