Baked Parmesan Cheese Chips have been my dream for a long time after I found them on the chip aisle at the grocery store. There are many recipes online, but I've just grated a few and placed them on parchment paper. I decided I like them even though they take extra time to brown in the oven and ordered these silicone cutters the same size. them in the oven at 400 degrees. The cheese, like everything else in the oven, browned faster in the back of the oven, so I flipped the pan and waited a few more minutes. I let the cheese cool for a few minutes, then covered the mold with a clean kitchen towel and turned it over. The cheese wouldn't fall out of the molds, so I poked through the bottom of each mold until the shavings came loose. It was easy and cleaning was an easy task. Don't know how to store chips as they ran out by the end of the evening.
