Over the past 25 years I have switched from the Wahl Peanut and Bullet to the Opove X Master to get rid of the power cord. I researched several other rechargeable devices and read many reviews and decided that the Opove X Master rechargeable would be a very good alternative. The first time I used it, I adjusted my hand position towards the bottom half of the device and avoided pressing the control buttons to avoid changing the cutting speed or cutting length. From the second use, Opove X was very easy to use and worked very well. I have fine hair and I like my hair cut to a length of 1.0mm. Eight combs are included so hair can be trimmed from 1.0-1.9mm on the dial to 3-25mm with the guides. I use Opove about every 10 days. I find that the Opove does its job very efficiently when you crank the RPM to the max and move slowly. Cleaning is easy. The device has an indicator that shows when it is time to charge and add oil to the clipper blades. I can't say anything about the battery life, since I've had the device for about 2 months. The instructions state that at 7000 rpm there is 190 minutes of use before charging and at 5000 rpm there is 250 minutes. Contains eight trimming combs, power base with charger and cleaning brush. Overall, I enjoy using the Opove X and would recommend this clipper. It helped that there was a $10 discount plus a $25 discount at the time of purchase, making this a bargain at around $75.
