3 hole carbon fiber is a game changer! Especially for beginners in crossfit and gymnastics
As advertised. They really help save my hands from heavy grip work that can go on for days. I haven't used them for barbell work, just because a little chalk and my hands are fine. Before the 3-hole holds, which were the heavier nd that's new to CrossFit, my arms would have been wrecked on basic gymnastics moves like pull-ups and toe-to-bars, but the 3-hole carbon was a game changer. I can't say enough about how happy I am with them and the Bear Complex line of products.
