These are not suitable for long training rides!
I will not recommend these. I'm trying to do 30 miles with them and it wasn't easy. The Velcro part is not suitable for long or short workouts. You can feel the Velcro in your foot, so you'll always feel it, and you can't adjust it too tight! because it will be torture. those are nice looking shoes!
