Unfortunately she didn't say that, but let's start with the packaging anyway. This speaker arrived with very good padding of closed cell foam around the speaker, I can't imagine it ever being damaged in transit. Check out the specs and measure first, it's huge and heavy. It comes with all the necessary assembly hardware, including a paper template to mark the holes. This is a VERY kind and thoughtful gesture, very professional. The kit also includes an optical cable for connection to a TV. The remote control works very well and is very convenient. I like the sound quality, you can adjust bass and treble, it has mini subwoofers. The speaker fills the entire room. There are no problems with the BT connection. If you're not a very picky music lover, this is great.
