I received the controllers and the first thing I noticed was the L2 button was broken on the controller and was clearly broken on the other controller. You can also hear the shards inside if you shake it. Although this was an issue the company themselves refunded my money with no problems, they were very polite and happy to take the controllers back. Good customer service, bad controllers.
