waste of time, money. Terrible service
If I could put a zero I would. The wicks themselves fell apart right out of the bag, I'm sure there must be more than two copper wires holding the wicks together. The tweezers are so thin that they are completely unusable. There should have been a rubber seal, but there wasn't. When I wrote to the company, the first response was "we may forget to install it". And nothing after the lack of an answer to the other questions asked.
