The device is very easy to use. Connect the power cord to the back, plug it into an outlet, and press the power button. Today I ran it for 8 hours and the device extracted 3 ounces of water. It's almost impossible. I even left it running in my bathroom while I showered hoping it would absorb more moisture. It's very quiet and seems good for a small closet. As such, I would NOT recommend this product. First, it hardly does its job in a normal-sized room. More importantly, the power cord plug gets very hot after 1 hour of use. I'm afraid if I leave it overnight it will burn through. This is a fire hazard. Do not buy!
