Tweezers can hit or miss as they can bend.

Pliers can hit or miss as they bend or don't grip well, but they don't! Salad. The real test was the 4-pound bone in pork shoulder in my Instant Pot. After frying each side, he lifted the whole thing up with ease. I then used the (washed!) tongs again to pick up large chunks of tender pork that needed to be cut up. I made you hungry?!?! Ha!
