I don't know what the difference is between this and an Optronics light (other than $6.50) but it works great and looks so much like an Optronics side light that they don't look inappropriate. The Optronics flashlight was not ordered so I ordered it before our hike, thinking if it didn't fit I would wait for Optronics to arrive. It turned out to be just a find. When Optronics came along I just sent it back and saved myself over $6. It's nice to have real license plate holders again, something I haven't put together before, and for $10 it wasn't difficult. They fit fairly easily, although they don't line up with my original screw holes. I filled the old ones with silicone and that's it.
