I was surprised that the DVD arrived undamaged. DVDs are really good for burning other DVDs and family stuff. The only thing about this product is that Amazon did not take proper precautions when shipping this item. Whoever handled and packaged the goods did not take the goods into account. The item was loose and fragile. I rate the product very well, but since Amazon took the necessary precautions when shipping the product, it was very bad. If I had to rate Amazon's packaging and shipping quality and customer service on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a negative 10. Very poor customer service when packing this item. If I ever order an item from Amazon again, I will make sure the item is not shipped from Campbellsville, Kentucky. They don't really care about the customers and care more about paying their salary than caring about the customer in front of them. I rate this item 4 stars for the quality of the product. I rate the delivery as customer awareness. Amazons 0 stars.
