I like this skirt, It's just not my favorite. I am 4'11 and 95lbs so buying skirts is really hit or miss, and I'd say overall this one works for me. However, where the slit is and the lines of the skirt are is a bit awkward, it twists a lot and takes a good amount of readjusting. There is a really great strech to it that I do like, it's not too much or too little. The material also looks on the cheap side, I would wear this in more of a casual way after receiving it. Overall not bad for Ebay, just not the greatest IMO.
