I love this backpack! I was looking for a large backpack bag with multiple pockets and versatility to carry with a handle, as a shoulder strap or as a backpack. It does everything. It's just the right size for my Kindle Oasis or 10" Kindle Fire along with hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, water bottle etc etc. And with all my stuff the backpack doesn't feel heavy on my back. The wallet is soft (like leather , which wears over time) and looks stylish. However, I gave the backpack bag an overall 4 star rating instead of 5 because the zipper teeth on the main compartment started to loosen after just under two months. , cannot zip on one side. I found out it was already too late for me to return for an exchange as the return time had expired so I have to look for a repair and I have to keep adjusting the straps, don't have the straps in the picture looked closely. It's not the same material as the backpack. More like nylon or something. It keeps slipping every now and then. A bit annoying but I'm working with it, because this backpack bag is exactly what I need.
