This product appeared just as advertised and looks and functions well. However, it does require a lot of precision when mounting and the instructions are a series of pictures (ala IKEA). As I was installing it, I found that one of the small screws that attaches the bar to the mounting plates was defective (it's head was not drilled out, thus unusable) - unfortunately it's a rather specialized piece of hardware. Shouldn't have been a big deal to get a screw replaced, but ebay could not help me and there was no way to contact the seller! The only solution was to take the whole thing down and return it for a replacement.no thanks! I like the way it looks and is functioning, so hopefully the missing screw won't negatively impact it.
