Simple thoughtful design. Doesn't move, the bottom is very grippy for all kinds of textured strokes. There is a shock absorber to keep the phone from shaking. I can slip my phone in with one hand, although you might not, but the clamping force is very light, it has a nice light grip and grippy rubber for a soft touch. Clamps at different angles, for different settings and different viewing directions. This can be a little harder to see depending on the position of the dashboard and seat. I'm the big guy in the truck so sitting outside and getting older seems a bit far off. it always depends on the car and the equipment. I definitely like its simplicity, it's a WINNER in my book.
