The clamp is great but the temperature is inaccurate.
Probably my fault for not doing my research. I wanted to use this with a bluetooth grill sensor so I don't have to watch the mash cook. The clip that comes with the protective tube is handy for keeping the thermometer in place. Just note that the temperature is not accurate at all. It's about 12 degrees there.
