In general, the goods are normal. I haven't used it much because bugs are just starting to show up where I live. As soon as I unbox it I am impressed by the strength of the product as well as its overall appearance. It's something you like to have on the table. The cord is a bit short, if you plan to use it outdoors you'll definitely need an extension cord. Also, the connector is just a USB port that can be plugged into a computer or something similar. It's not entirely clear why a loading block was not included in the kit. It comes with 5 packs of attractant and no clear instructions on how to get more once it runs out. The instructions are simple and relatively easy to read. If I had to make a suggestion I would provide a wall box, extend the cable and provide information on where to find other troubleshooting solutions. I will provide an update as soon as I use more of it.
