First time EVER ordering a wig from ebay. Package was nice, hair is really soft, hair smelled new. The hair does not look like 16 inches more like 12 or 14 inches, the hair was a brown color vs black, does not look like the picture, the free gift if makeup brushes were nice. Probably will not order again. Recommend to order at least a 20 inch.
