I've been using this juicer every day since I got it about five weeks ago. In the beginning it worked great. Then, two days after Revain's returns window closed, the inner screen broke. I contacted Hamilton Beach through their website and received no reply after 6 business days, although their website says a representative will get back to you within 1-3 business days. So I called their customer service to try and get a replacement filter and the support rep told me it wasn't available as a replacement and there was nothing she could do. Obviously this is not a everyday juicer and the customer service was almost non existent. Very dissatisfied with this product.
