Not for me in my review

Maybe my legs are just to wide, but it put other pressure points on my legs and just wasn't comfortable for me.Do to surgery I wasnt able to sent this item back, so my roommate use it as a yoga block!I think this product would work if the corners weren't so sharp and hard.
