I love this dryer. It's like a professional hair salon. It was easy to assemble. I followed the picture on the packaging. This is a metal plate that holds the wheels together and prevents them from falling out when moving the dryer from one room to another. The dryer is very quiet. The temperature is regulated so that it can get very hot. Please heed the warning when adjusting the height of the dryer. Do not stretch out your palm, it is better to move away from the stand, holding it with one hand and spinning the wheel with the other. The kickstand is a stretched spring, it just rises when the handle is turned. If you lean over the stand while turning the height adjustment knob, you could be hit when the spring tension is released. Also, you can put the hood on before adjusting the height of the dryer. Once safely assembled you will love your sturdy and well built dryer.
