The ability to analyze all data in one place, which makes it easy for us to understand what our customers want so that we can provide them exactly what they are looking for! I think this program needs more features like being able to create custom audiences or even better have an API feature where you could pull your own audience directly into other programs (like Mailchimp). We do not need another tool but something integrated would be great!! It's been very helpful because now when someone logs onto my website, it helps me identify who they are by their interests and then automatically sends targeted messages to those people.
