I was about to do my first oil change on a 2018 expedition and saw an online YouTube video of the process. All the videos I saw mentioned that the 2018 Expedition had a flimsy yellow plastic drain plug. I bought a Ronin fork because I thought I would need it too. I started changing the oil by removing the panel under the car and looking for a yellow plastic plug for a long time before realizing my oil pan had a metal plug. I wanted to replace the metal connector with the ronin, but the ronin didn't fit. Please make sure you have the yellow plastic plug before purchasing. even if you have a 2018 F150 or Expedition. Apparently Ford redesigned the oil pan in mid-2018.
