Very well done. Works flawlessly. Hassle-free and hands-free with the included remote control. I like that the legs keep it higher off the carpet than most heaters of this size. It's quiet and the thermostat turns it on and off as programmed. We hope that this well-made product will serve us for many years to come. Updated 2/18/21: The heater is still working great after 14 months. I didn't notice any increase in the electricity bill. I've mainly used it in my husband's office but I'm planning to buy a second one for the guest room. If I had a 220 line in my garage I would definitely try one of the larger machines from this manufacturer.
