Review on Blocking Computer Eyestrain Protection Twilight by Amber White

Do they really work?

I've taken several online courses and I've been sitting at my computer all day looking for good glasses that block UV and blue light. I often get dry, red, irritated eyes, trouble sleeping, and sometimes even migraines from staring at a screen all day. They were on sale on Prime Day and I really didn't want to spend more than $30 for a pair of these types of goggles and buying 2 pairs was a great deal. I received it in the mail early in the morning and started my work with it. The first night I noticed that my eyes weren't tired, irritated or red, and I got a little sleepy as well. I've been using them for about a week now and here are the "pros"; They are light, comfortable and don't have an ugly yellow cast. The downsides are they aren't very tinted (literally maybe just a shade or two of orange (I'd say it turns a piece of white paper an off-white color) so I really don't think they would do much. They don't protect from glare, they are smaller on the arms of the glasses so if you have a big or wide head they will break, they are cheap and most importantly I don't think they work at all to be honest that's because I think it was all in my head and on a psychological level, when you're really looking forward to something or really need something, sometimes our subconscious can actually change the way we feel and even act and cause us to really wanting it to work but it probably won't work I've been using it for 3 nights and my eyes are starting to hurt again red and veined and irritated oh and i have migraines now as i write this i would not recommend it.if you want a good pair you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
