Review on Power Acoustik PCX 30F 30 Farad Capacitor by Brant Skogen

This cap is GOOD and CHEAP compared to other headlight caps. It works great for what I need. I have it in addition to the power requirements of the Power Acoustik Stax 4000 W and Stax 1600/4 monoblock. Before installation, the highs were dull and the bass muddy, never reaching their full potential on difficult musical passages. Now that it's in place, the highs sound bright and the lows can be played as loud as I want without interruption. In short I would recommend this to anyone who is not willing to get a battery bank and powerful generator for a few hundred dollars. But if you can afford it, go for it, it can't hurt and it will be the icing on the cake. This farad capacitor will go a long way in giving your amps what they crave after instantaneous high power surges of up to 14 volts or more. This. makes me smile Sincerely, The Happy Bass Head:>
