I ordered a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10e phone with 128GB storage (US warranty) Prism Blue for $100 less than retail price: $639 and then $649 dollars into the basket(?) . I have ordered two. One for me and one (Factory Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10e Phone, 128GB (US Warranty), Prism White) for my mom who lives 3 hours away. Both phones have a physical defect. The bevel on the front right side of the blue phone has visible damage when delivered. I called my mom and she said she had the same damage on both sides. Attention, small damage. But isn't that why the phone has a $100 MSRP? I was disappointed as this was not announced and does not indicate that this is a refurbished product. A phone case hides this. However, I'm a fan of brand new items (no defects) and may need to replace them. what pain is. Mom doesn't care and she's happy about her gift.
