Product description is a bit misleading. If you don't pay attention to weight restrictions, nothing good will come of it. I've tried mounting a 27" platter on it, but the gas spring isn't strong enough to hold it - the platter itself weighs 15 pounds, which is over the 14.3 pound limit for this particular mount. I can't believe there's a 32-inch panel that weighs less than 14 pounds. Mounting wise, it was disappointing to see that the metal cup that attaches to the underside of the desk/desk just sits in place and isn't actually attached to the clamp. There's no way to attach it to the head of a screw - it's just a plate so installation is a bit tricky. The yoke should be welded to it or something like that. As far as build quality goes, it seems pretty solid and sturdy, but the super-weak gas spring they put in it limits the size of the monitor more than the description says.
