What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

I was able to drive 20 km with them and returned the old yellowed five-year-old Osram back. The road is illuminated no brighter than the moon, a nasty blue glow. The car is Kia Rio 3, the headlights are working, the voltage in the on-board network is 14.1V.
