Wow, I'm happy to give a FULL FIVE STARS. It is such a simple device and yet so perfect. It does exactly what is expected, simple, light and reliable. Seriously, it couldn't be easier to use. And the price, ADVANTAGES. Its cost is several times higher than its cost. I bought this to replace my Garmin vent mount ball head which I installed incorrectly. This APP2Car ball head vent mount is BETTER than Garmin. It clamps securely, the best part; and does it so easily it's almost unbelievable. Such a simple design, other manufacturers should be ashamed, APP2Car gets it right. My only concern, which turned out to be unfounded, was that the "pins" going into the vent seemed very short. I was afraid they weren't long enough to hold on to. Well, so far so good. Clamps very tight and so easy. Did I mention how EASY it is to use? Well it is. And functional. I'm going on a trip this week, then I'll check for durability. If this fails, you will receive a response from me with an overview of the changes. If not, then I was satisfied. Good Trip.
