Bought this amplifier (model HTG558BT) in March 2021. In July 2021, the amplifier simply broke down with the smell of electricity. The gain was set between half and 3/4 on all channels, i.e. not at full power either. I contacted the seller who said to contact the manufacturer (Pyle). The manufacturer's foreign call center required proof of purchase. I have sent a screenshot showing the date of purchase, shipping, cost and proof of delivery. Guess what? Not good enough. Now I'm stuck with an amp that doesn't work. Buy new somewhere else.
