Doesn't work right after installation. I won't give you a new one. They want me to send it to them for repair. I bought it because of bluetooth and that doesn't work. When you buy (buyers beware)

Gave this to my fiance for his birthday and it took 30 days to completely stop working. If two pros were watching, the moral of this story would be bad. Very disappointed

I have been using this device for 4 months and the bluetooth has failed. I couldn't connect. You have to jump through hoops to get it back to them under warranty (and you pay for shipping). The return period is 4-6 weeks. Never again with Lanzar

Bought this amplifier (model HTG558BT) in March 2021. In July 2021, the amplifier simply broke down with the smell of electricity. The gain was set between half and 3/4 on all channels, i.e. not at full power either. I contacted the seller who said to contact the manufacturer (Pyle). Have been using it for over a year with no problems. I installed it expertly, wiring all 5 channels cost me a pretty penny, but it was a clean install and most importantly hassle free. Everything was fine at best while it lasted. Not even 24 hours with a total running time of about 20 minutes. Not nearly the advertised performance. There were cheap nameless amps that were less than 1/3 the rating and sounded twice as good. The terminal screws are removed before you can make a solid connection.
