Have been using it for over a year with no problems. I installed it expertly, wiring all 5 channels cost me a pretty penny, but it was a clean install and most importantly hassle free. I never bothered about the BT function, in fact I completely forgot I was there since I'm using this amp tied to the main unit that can provide sound for all 5 outputs. A flat 10" subwoofer works, 2 oval front speakers (can't remember the size) and two Lanzar titanium tweeters. More than enough sound for a standard 1997 Ford Ranger cap with no modifications. Subwoofer and amplifier are placed behind the seats. No thermal problems, ever. As a former musician, I still have good hearing. Properly grounded, this device will not make any annoying buzzing or buzzing noises. This unit is my third Lanzar amp, they are all great units, they have all outlived my car owner they were installed on.
