Review on 🔊 RoadPro RPSP-15 Universal CB Extension Speaker with Swivel Bracket, Compact Size 2.75" x 4.5 by Robbie Guinn

I'm a TV presenter and surrounded by expensive professional audio gear and I have to say this speaker sounds surprisingly good for the money. I bought two of these based on the reviews I found here and was not disappointed. I use one in my car with a Yaesu FT2900 ham radio and the other at home with a Yaesu FT8900. I've also used them with two different handheld scanners. In all of these cases, the speaker's 3.5mm mono mini-jack matched the radio perfectly. I haven't encountered a single situation where I had to turn the volume up past 25-50%. The voice quality has a pleasant midrange; not too tinny and not too boomy; very comfortable and not hard at all. This speaker improved the quality of all four radios above. In fact, I'd say they all sounded about the same through this speaker. Its size and weight are perfect for easy fixing in place and moving as needed. None of mine are permanently installed because I love being able to move from place to place, especially when I want to hide them in the center console. In my opinion it is definitely a 5 star purchase. I would like to buy more of these.
