I have a sensory processing disorder and am susceptible to sensory overload Overall I think these are a good product I don't think they're very good for blocking out large sounds Like a construction or a loud concert I sleep with these on most nights as everything is magnified due to my sensory issues But for doing homework sleeping and walking around the house or going to the grocery store and everyday activities these work good for me This might be helpful to some But I can also wear them with sunglasses which might really help people who are sensitive to light sound and textures like I am wearing them with sunglasses is not the most comfortable though But it works if you adjust them enough When I wear them with my earplugs under them it is much better for much louder noises I would not say these are suitable for shooting But they fit me really good and I have never gotten a headache FYI I also have a pretty big head
