As the Product Manager here at SYCON, I am unable to endorse the company's online store to anyone. The quality of their products is below average, and a significant number of their cables, adapters, and multi-outlets do not adhere to the minimum required safety standards. The tools and accoutrements that they sell are just as disappointing, as they frequently become damaged after only a few uses. And to make matters even more difficult, their customer service is terrible; as a result, customers are left stranded with faulty products and no assistance. It would appear that the business SYCON places a higher priority on flashy marketing than it does on providing quality products and dependable customer service. You'll have better luck searching elsewhere for reliable electrical tools and products for improving your home if you go that route. You do not belong at SYCON in any capacity. Do not be misled by the dazzling appearance of their website; the products they sell are not worth the associated danger. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go shopping somewhere else.
