I was going to lay out these sheets the night they arrived and found a large stain on the sheet; it looked like red-brown blobs/splashes with a larger, darker shadow covering the entire area (as shown in the photo). Hoping to save time on my end and money on the seller's side rather than returning the entire set of sheets, I reached out and asked if they would be willing to send me a replacement sheet as mine was stained. Her answer annoyed and confused me. They said they didn't have the green color I ordered but would send me a different color sheet or refund 20% of my order. I don't understand why they thought a different color duvet cover would be an acceptable substitute. The point of buying leaves is that they are the same color. (Greensheets were also in stock according to Revain). Also, a 20% refund is also fair. weird, i think that's the best word. First, the fitted sheet is about 50% of the sheet set, so I don't know where in the world they get 20%. Secondly, if I have a sheet that is so soiled it actually looks like blood spatter, I will not use it. This means I will not have a fitted sheet for a flat sheet. That means I don't have any bedding. The whole customer experience just made me sad. Luckily the stain finally came off the day I was about to return the sheets via Revain and it was just behind me. But the fact that my new sheets arrived with an odd, gross, dirty stain isn't true. And that their customer service rep just got a pathetic response to my query was just sad. In terms of comfort, the sheets are ok; Just like any other sheets you can buy, they are not stuffy and lie well on the bed. No complaints about that. I just wouldn't recommend buying sheets here unless you want expensive sheets to get dirty and get a bad response from customer service.
