Very cute and very safe for cats!
My cat got scared a few times but couldn't get rid of it. I love all the buckles that make it easy to put on when your cat doesn't like putting food through the holes in the harness. I had to tighten the neck strap with the tie a bit because my cat is very small but she definitely has room to grow which is great.
