Bought this lamp for my 5 year old son who wanted a cool night light in his room. He likes it very much. Images of the moon and earth are certainly his favorites. I especially needed something with an adjustable angle since the sockets in his room are actually turned sideways. We used to have a basic Spiderman version of this type of projector, but it couldn't swivel in the right direction so it either projected onto the wall or I had to plug it into an extension cord, which was undesirable. This is movable on both axes so you can easily point it exactly where you need it and it can work sideways as well as vertically. Pros: 6 frames allow my son to change the frame every night, the light intensity is more than enough. To project a beautiful image from an outlet just off the floor onto a 10-foot ceiling, the ambient light sensor automatically turns it on and off at night, and the 2-axis pan system allows me to point it just about anywhere. Cons: Some of the images are a bit blurry - they tried to put in overly complex images so in some cases you can't tell exactly what they are. The earth and the moon are pretty cool (my favorite is the moon).
