I like that we can easily create our own work orders in ProMaintainer to track all of our equipment needs. We don't have to rely on other systems or vendors to keep us updated with information about our assets. This is great! It's very easy to use and has many different modules you could build your business around. The support team at this time does not respond quickly enough to issues and questions. We also do not see any new features being added frequently enough. If you are looking for something simple but robust, look no further. Our asset tracking system was created using ProMaintenance as well.
