The most important thing about this software is its ability to create an automated system for our organization. It has helped us streamline so many of our processes in order to be more efficient from both a human resources and customer service perspective. As far as any specific features go, we really haven't had anything come up yet or been able to identify some feature it doesn’t have which would make other programs superior. However after using several HR/ISMS tools such as Workday, Salesforce etc., there are certain things you just don’t find elsewhere anymore like being able to send mass emails via text messaging without having to use your phone first before sending them - not sure if they can do this at all? We were looking into different ways to improve employee efficiency and productivity while creating better outcomes for customers.
