Millifiber's Online Store Leaves Me Feeling Dissatisfied

I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had when shopping at the online store for Millifiber, where I recently made a purchase of some cleaning products for the home. To begin, the website loaded at a snail's pace and had a clunkiness to it that made it exceedingly difficult to navigate. Second, the process of checking out was an unmitigated nightmare, and I wound up having to re-enter my information several times before I could complete the transaction. In addition, the products themselves were of a poor quality, and I discovered that they were not as effective as other companies that I have utilized in the past. In addition, the prices were quite expensive, and I had the impression that I was paying a premium for something that was not worth the additional cost. To make matters even worse, customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. When I contacted them with a question about my purchase, it took them a very long time to get back to me with an answer. When they did eventually respond, however, they were impolite and of no assistance, giving the impression that I was a bother to them. In general, I do not think anyone should shop at the internet store run by Millifiber. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and seek elsewhere for more appealing possibilities.

Cons
