This mattress is a champion among champions. My group laughed at me when I said I would take an air mattress to camp, but by the end of our nine day trip they were all incredibly jealous! and brush. I added air twice over the entire nine days of the trip, once to stretch and once because I wanted it to be a bit firmer that night. It's been sat on, stepped on, slept on, and handled pretty roughly, all things considered. He obviously didn't care because I still have a fully functional air mattress. One of the coolest features is the DEFLATE function. Trying to completely deflate an air mattress and roll it up to fit in your bag is a pain, right? No longer! Flip this thing over to deflate and it will suck itself up completely to the point where it looks just like the first time you took it out of the box. I could put it in a bag with a set of sheets! Batteries are not included so get 4 D batteries. I have no idea how long they will last - the mattress has been inflated and deflated 4 times since purchase, plus air has been added a few times. There is no apparent lag in performance so I am assuming the batteries are still working. Very impressed and would happily buy again. Can't wait to use it at a hunting camp next year. I bet I won't be the only one in my party with him!
