Review on iWorQ Citizen Request Tracker by Steve Hauck

I like how it's simple, but also powerful enough for advanced features as well! It helps keep track of everything with ease - request status updates (in progress or completed), comment responses/replies made by users in response comments etc., all at one place which makes my life easier when dealing woth them!! Sometimes there are minor bugs here nd threewhere you can't add attachments sometimes so make sure they're compatible before using this software if u plan o use attachment feature while creating reports.
