Good shoe but the eyelet broke trying to put the shoe on. I even relaxed. it could be me Operator error, but I used a shoehorn to insert the boot. I have returned the item and will order one size smaller. When I first got it, it was too big. So I tried to undo the buckle on one eye and it fell off.
