This product is amazing! We bought this mainly to keep my son entertained on long flights. We travel a lot and watching videos or movies will help your child stay calm on the plane. We have used this headset on 4 long (6-10 hour) flights and have never had a problem with it so far. What we like about it: 1. It's wireless. No cords to tangle.2. He has a good case. With free hook. So far it has protected the headset very well. We usually packed it in my carry-on or just clipped it to my purse or my son's tiny backpack. Charging option via USB. It can be charged anywhere. So far I've been able to charge it from my power bank, my car, or a regular outlet at home, at the airport, or in a hotel room. I haven't tried charging it from a USB charging port on the plane. I'll update this post if I try it on our next trip. Pleasant on the ears. The padding is soft and since your ears go into the padding there is no pain.5. Connects to our devices very quickly. So far I've tried connecting a Galaxy 3 tablet, 2 iPhone and iPad to it with no problems. The volume is excellent. Adjustable with a gentle touch. When on, the default volume is low, so that's a big plus for us.7. Customer service is excellent. They contact you with any questions or concerns and respond quickly. What I don't like about it: 1. When the battery is low it will warn you 2 times and then turn off in less than 1 minute in my opinion. This is a great product at an affordable price. I have ordered 2 more products from Power Locus as I really believe in the quality of this company. Can't wait to try them too.
